Listen Up

A Supportive Listening Network

Compass Group Luxembourg has introduced the “Listen Up” initiative to address employees’ needs for support and attentive listening. This project aims to train ambassadors within the company who are equipped to provide active listening to colleagues facing difficulties.

These ambassadors will play a pivotal role in identifying signs of distress, offering initial support, and guiding colleagues toward appropriate resources. The goal is to foster solidarity, cohesion, and empathy throughout the organization while ensuring a more inclusive and caring work environment.
